The lecture marathon, clocking an astonishing 31 hours, 42 minutes, and 54 seconds, has officially surpassed the previous world record of 26 hours for the longest continuous mathematics lesson.

This remarkable achievement was announced in a statement issued by Mr. Kunle Akogun, Director of Corporate Affairs at the University of Ilorin, on Tuesday in Ilorin, Kwara State. The event, which drew attention from across the academic community, was meticulously monitored by representatives of the Guinness World Records to ensure compliance with the strict standards set for such an ambitious undertaking.

Kazeem Sanusi, already known within the university for his exceptional mathematical prowess and infectious enthusiasm for teaching, embarked on the record-breaking lesson with unwavering determination.
