Tragedy in Anambra: Five Siblings Die After Suspected Food Poisoning, Mother Hospitalized

The victims, siblings from a family of six children, reportedly began showing signs of severe illness shortly after consuming a meal prepared by their mother. Stomach pains, followed by violent vomiting episodes, quickly overtook the children. Despite desperate efforts to rush them to nearby medical facilities—some taken to Iyienu Mission Hospital and others to Crown Hospital—doctors confirmed that all five had passed away.
