NRI Celebrates 5 Years of Impact, Empowers Distributors with Cars and Cash in Grand Anambra Event [VIDEO]

NRI Uplifts Lives with Mega Anniversary Celebration in Anambra

A wave of joy and gratitude swept through Nnewi North Local Government Area of Anambra State on Saturday, May 31, 2025, as Nature’s Renaissance International Limited (NRI) marked its 5th anniversary in grand style. Over twenty distributors were handsomely rewarded with brand-new cars and cash gifts, all valued at over ten million naira, in a celebration that was as much about recognition as it was about a vision for Africa’s better future.

The celebration, which drew a large crowd of stakeholders, health enthusiasts, community leaders, and beneficiaries, highlighted NRI’s commitment to transforming lives through health empowerment and wealth creation. Representing the Chief Executive Officer, Prof. Clinton Brown, the Chairman of the company’s Board of Trustees, Elder Denis Ogbonaya Nwankwo, reaffirmed the company’s foundational mission — to make people happy.

Amid a backdrop of cultural displays and community participation, Nwankwo spoke passionately about the origins of the organization. He reflected on the tragedy of people dying "in the midst of plenty" and emphasized that NRI, founded on May 4, 2020, was born to combat such injustice by promoting both physical well-being and financial independence.

He shared that the company’s creation was a deliberate response to the widespread issue of untimely deaths in Africa. “We have achieved a lot within this short period, and those achievements give me great fulfillment,” Nwankwo said. He also highlighted the spiritual and social dimensions of the company’s mission, stating that their presence in Anambra was part of a broader mandate — to uplift the people, restore hope to the hopeless, and build strong communities that can also grow spiritually.

Delivering a powerful address, the State Coordinator of NRI, Rev. Dr. Irene Nwankwo, shed light on the motivating factors behind the establishment of the organization. According to her, the high rate of premature deaths in Africa spurred the initiative to develop indigenous, health-boosting products specifically tailored to meet the needs of the African population.

She described NRI products as designed for rejuvenation, revitalization, and detoxification, functioning effectively as both herbal supplements and income-generating tools. “When someone lacks money to eat, it’s still a form of illness — what I call cancer of the pocket,” she explained. “Our vision is to see people healthy and wealthy. That’s what NRI stands for.”

The coordinator also clarified that while the company itself was established in 2016, its network marketing operations — which have become a major pillar of its success — commenced in 2020. Since then, thousands have experienced financial breakthrough and improved health outcomes through their association with the organization.

Celebrations at the event took the form of a “next level mega event,” packed with testimonies, awards, and community interaction. Many attendees received free medical testing, in keeping with the company’s healthcare mission, and others left with new cars and substantial financial gifts.

Mr. George Chime, the Admin Manager of NRI, underscored the company’s desire to reward loyal distributors and expand its outreach. He announced plans to establish a permanent office in Nnewi, positioning the town as a hub for future growth across southeastern Nigeria and beyond.

“Our goal is to combat poor health across Africa,” Chime emphasized. “A sick person cannot be productive or contribute to societal development. That’s why we’re here — to ensure that people regain their health and economic power.”

The event was punctuated with heartfelt testimonies from long-time beneficiaries of NRI’s products and programs. Dr. Do Good, a prominent member of the organization, stated unequivocally that NRI had transformed his life. “It helped me defeat poverty,” he said, urging others to join the movement, which he described as a revolution against sickness and lack.

Chief Uwaofu Ike Egbunam Ololo, popularly known as Ozo Chubalu Agu Zogbu Enyi, was among those specially recognized with an award. Known for his contributions to community upliftment, Ololo praised NRI’s product line, noting that he has used them for years to great effect, both for his family and those in need. “They have never failed me,” he said with conviction. “They are tested and trusted.”

The ceremony was not only about words and gifts but also featured rich cultural performances, including traditional dances, a dramatic presentation by the Blessed Team, and a vibrant product showcase led by Madam Stella. The cutting of the anniversary cake added a symbolic touch to the celebration, as did the joyful handover of car keys to jubilant distributors.

Rev. Dr. Irene Nwankwo closed the event with a rallying call, encouraging everyone to align with NRI’s mission. “This is more than a company,” she declared. “It is a movement, a revival, and a light for all of Africa. We are changing lives — one product, one person, and one community at a time.”

As the anniversary drew to a close, one thing became clear: Nature’s Renaissance International isn’t just celebrating five years of success — it’s laying the foundation for a lifetime of transformation across the African continent.
