BBNaija star and actress, Ifu Ennada, has opened up about her extraordinary journey of survival, sharing how she triumphed over severe health challenges, amnesia, and what she described as intense spiritual attacks that almost claimed her life. The reality TV personality took to Instagram to recount her deeply emotional experience, expressing profound gratitude to God for sparing her and restoring her life in ways she says were nothing short of miraculous.

The actress, who has also built a name for herself as an entrepreneur and skincare specialist, revealed that her ordeal spanned more than a year and a half. During this period, she battled mysterious health conditions and what she believed to be spiritual afflictions that left her drained physically, emotionally, and mentally. She described this phase of her life as the darkest she had ever experienced, filled with confusion, fear, and moments of near hopelessness.

Her most terrifying moment came on July 23, which ironically was her birthday. On that day, she woke up with no memory of who she was, where she was, or the people around her. She explained that the episode began without warning, leaving her disoriented and completely detached from her reality. According to her, it felt as though her entire existence had been erased.

The actress wrote that she could not recognize her own family even after being shown videos and pictures. Nothing looked familiar to her, and she felt like a stranger in her own life. The experience, she said, was one of the most frightening and heartbreaking things she had ever gone through. Despite all of this, she recalled that one thing remained constant; her awareness of God’s presence.

She shared that during her period of memory loss, she somehow retained the awareness of God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. That faint connection became her anchor. She remembered her birth name, Faith, and its biblical significance in Hebrews 11:1, which talks about faith being the assurance of things hoped for. That realization, she said, became the spark that eventually guided her back to recovery.

According to Ifu Ennada, her healing did not come from medical help alone, though she acknowledged the support of doctors and her family, particularly her mother, whom she described as a prayer warrior. She firmly believes that her restoration was a divine act of mercy. She testified that God stepped in, showed her grace, and gave her life a new purpose that she now cherishes deeply.

Her recovery journey was not without sacrifice. Ifu revealed that her business suffered greatly during the period she was unwell. Projects were stalled, her skincare line lost momentum, and she had to pause her career to focus on healing. However, she is optimistic that this setback will serve as a foundation for a greater comeback. She stated that she believes God is preparing to relaunch her business stronger than before and that everything lost during her time of struggle will be restored in double measure.

The actress said her decision to speak publicly about her ordeal came after she felt a divine push during the recent Hallelujah Challenge, a popular online Christian worship session. She said she could no longer keep quiet about the wonders God had performed in her life and wanted to share her testimony to inspire others who might be battling unseen battles.
