AFF Landport Global Estate Empowers 35 with Land in Anambra, Charts Course for Nationwide Expansion

At Awesome City Estate in Mgbakwu, Awka North LGA of Anambra State, over 35 Nigerians are now proud landowners, thanks to a unique initiative by AFF Landport Global Estate and its sister company, AFF Mega Wealth World Ltd. This bold philanthropic drive comes from the vision of the company's Chief Executive Officer, Evangelist Professor C.J. Osim, widely known as Oke-muo, who believes that land ownership should not be a distant dream for the average Nigerian.

Addressing journalists from his office in Onitsha, the CEO outlined the company’s long-term empowerment strategy. Every registered member of AFF’s network, he explained, is entitled to a plot of land upon joining as a partner. “Once you register in our package as a member, the company is giving you a plot of land,” he affirmed. He noted that more than 35 individuals had recently been empowered under the initiative, which is designed not just as a giveaway, but as an economic stepping stone.

Rather than the conventional real estate incentives of cars or gadgets, AFF has taken a different route — one rooted in nature and sustainability. “Land is the source of wealth,” Osim said, “everything we use, from food to fabrics, even water and oil, come from it. Why not give people the very root of all these blessings?”

Members involved in this first phase signed up during the months of October, November, and December 2024. They form the first batch of the rollout, with more batches to follow. The CEO emphasized that each member is considered a partner, not just a client. The land allocation, therefore, is more than a promotional offering — it’s a share in a vision of collective growth and wealth-building.

AFF Landport is part of a larger corporate umbrella that includes diverse ventures such as AFF Mega Wealth Beverages, AFF Mega Wealth Feed Ltd, and AFF Mega Wealth Travelling and Tours. The group, originally registered as Entertainment Company World International Ltd in 2006, transitioned into real estate and related sectors in 2022. By December 2025, it will mark three years of operation in Nigeria’s competitive real estate space.

“What we’re doing is a model for sustainable growth,” Osim said. “A realtor selling land should own land. We buy, sell, and develop land — but most importantly, we empower.”

Beyond corporate strategy, the CEO had strong words of encouragement for Nigerian youths. He called for a cultural shift in spending habits and life choices. “Many youths carry a plot of land on their heads as a phone. Some girls wear the value of an investment in their hair,” he remarked pointedly. His advice was simple: invest bit by bit, seek guidance, and choose the right partnerships.

He called on young people to open investment accounts, educate themselves with good books and teachings, and be intentional about the company they keep. According to Osim, poverty is largely a result of ignorance and lack of direction, not a lack of opportunity.

The empowerment initiative has already transformed lives. Mrs. Amaka, one of the recipients, shared her joy upon receiving the surprise phone call notifying her of her land allocation. “I am overwhelmed with joy,” she said. “I thank AFF for their truthfulness.”

Another beneficiary, Mrs. Stella Paul, hailed the gesture as life-changing. “Land is the best gift you can give to yourself. AFF has made it very simple,” she said with gratitude. Her sentiments were echoed by Mr. Chukwudi Kenneth, who felt liberated by the opportunity. “My enemies thought I would leave Onitsha empty-handed,” he remarked. “Now, I am a landlord, and it’s a table land!”

As AFF continues to extend its operations to other Nigerian states, its mission remains clear: to turn ordinary citizens into landowners and stakeholders in the country’s development. Rather than compete in the luxury giveaway trend, AFF has positioned land — the oldest form of wealth — as the true gift worth giving.
